Our bathrooms are designed using high-quality tiling and where possible we look to include ‘double ended’ baths. We recognise how important lighting is to fully enhance your living space, which is why carefully thought light fittings are integrated into all of our homes.
Typical homes feature fully finished flooring throughout and double glazed windows. We look to provide as much outside space as possible for all of our homes, whether it be a private patio, terrace or Juliet balcony. We recognise that security is paramount for your well-being and the enjoyment of your property. All of our homes come with a range of security features, from multi-point locking systems to security and smoke alarms.

Your home is protected by a 10-year ‘Build Zone’ structural defect insurance, which covers any major defects to the structure of the property, or in its construction. For the first two years of the warranty, B3 Homes are responsible for any defect that may arise and we strive to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
Every component of your new home will be assessed to ensure that it meets with rigorous industry standards. We will ensure warranties provided by the manufacturers of appliances are honoured for the first year of occupation. Our Customer Care department is on hand to offer you the necessary guidance and assistance.
